I know its not an IPMS event, and not really the SIG's bag, but anyone planning to go?  We might be visiting friends in the area that weekend, might pop along in the afternoon.  Chris, you free that day?

It's a great day to go to.
All the usual museum delights (including the chance that something might fly) and lots of traders selling everything...lots of armour, but aircraft too.
The MAFVA Nats fills a big marquee admirably.
Then there's lots of military vehicles....saw a Scud set up a couple of years ago.

Unfortunately, I'm at Salford on Friday/Saturday for Rocky Horror so will be exhausted after all that flesh

Just checked diary and afraid not - shame because it's a great day out  :(

One truism I've recently discovered is "that once retired, you can't figure out how you had the time to go to work"  :D So much to do, mainly because you have the time.

Another recent discovery is that old people don't walk slowly because they are old, but because they don't have to go anywhere fast  :o My previous walking pace has slowed right down now I'm not working - amazing some of the things I now notice  ;)

Chris
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Radish

Absolutely.
And the time management skills essential for a decent work/life balance are now even MORE valuable!
Keep walking sedately, Chris.

Work? What's work
