Chaps,

Most sources I have on the Canadair Sabre mention the planned but not built versions, including the CL13H All Weather Radar equipped Sabre and the CL13J Sabre with Bristol afterburner.

All the info I can get is that neither project went beyond the development stage, but has anyone seen a drawing or know of any more info?

The CL13H suggests something like the F86D or K, where as the CL13J remains a mystery.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Was this peculiar F-86 linked to the area-ruled canadian sabre atempt ?
Its impressive to see how far the Sabre was developped in Canada and Australia, but also in its Fury variant (of which a TF-30 variant was proposed as far as 1963, against what become the A-7 Corsair II!!!)

King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.
