Ive just about done bolting this bird togeather. shes ready for her first outting at Milton keyens this weekend.

so on to the photos.

For those who havent worked out what unit its marked up as. Its 1435 flight based at RAF Mout Pleasent. The Falkland islands. The serial is from a Harrier GR-3. The war load is all from the spares box apart from the drop tank which came with the kit. Im told there is a load out to be included in the production kit.
All in all it was a pleasent build, with only a small amount of filler in places.
I always hope for the best.

Now that looks good, for years I wanted a P.1154 kit & when Colin announced his P.1154 model I found myself thinking 'meh'.  I think it's because I've got into the whiff world that so much else has opened up to me that I never knew was there, the P.1154 just seemed a little bland.  Seeing the kit made up has made me want one again!

Funnily enough, when I eventually get around to building the SR.177 in the stash, it'll probably be in 1435 Flt markings, although maybe a 43 Sqn commerative scheme.

Good work Martin!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Thats really nice Martin, I can't wait to get mine. I prefer whiffs that are nearly real or possible rather than the total fantasy approach. Having said that I am looking at mating a Hunter with a Skyray  :o
