Found this article on Räder selber bauen (Making your own wheels) von Diethelm Berlage (By Diethelm Berlage) on Modellversium.de today and translated the entire page using yahoo-babelfish for anyone that does not Deutsche sprechen...  Unfortunately the babelfish translation is a bit rough in some areas with the grammar but the images are included for you to follow along with the WIP.
