Don't forget it may be a kind of hoax. Russians are known for building not only real project models, but also different other models which had nothing to do with, more or less, real projects.

There are at least two pictures of Su-27 models. One has F-15 wings and F-14 tail, and the other one has F-14 wings and F-15 tail.

Maybe, but the East & West also often did studies based on intelligence of the other guys aircraft, to see what the advantages were compared to their own.  It even happened between allies, Hawker Siddley did several studies that looked remarkably like the F-16 & F/A-18, may have been design convergence but may not have been complete coincidence.

I used to do the same when I worked in R&D, if we got hold of a competitors product, or even better, a patent application before it went on sale, we'd attempt to replicate it.  We'd then test it to see where we stood with the competition.

Nice looking machine Carlos, I see a kitbash of a F-16 fuse, MiG-29 nose & cockpit & Typhoon intake coming up???

Which begs the question:  Are their "whiffers" better than ours?

It was a light fighter for india. it would have used only one of the mig-29's engines and wouldve been about half the size. I'm not sure what's up with the vortex generators on the leading edges.
