Comrades!

Come, gather round, and i shall tell you of the wonderful thing that i have seen!  Whilst enduring the vile capitalist excess at one of their "air shows" today, i saw a shining light, a beacon of hope - a veritable jewel of marxist-leninist creation amongst the tiresome amerikanski baubles...

Truly this fine Mig-17 "fresco" was a sight to behold - as she taxied out the Rodina's national anthem was playing on the loudspeakers, and even the most decadent capitalist lackey could not fail to be stirred.

With afterbuner blazing she exhibited the manouverability and guile that the OKB of Mikoyan and Gurevich crafted into her 40 years ago, and captivated the audience - possibly the party could have recruited new members there today (a note to our political officer regarding this, i think).

Onwards comrades, for the Motherland!

Comrade Retrovski,

This is truly inspiring and a glourious moment for the motherland as a whole and for the Mikoyan OKB in particular.
