Need Some Backstory Help

But, I am having trouble coming up with a suitable backstory, hence I thought of asking the other inmates of the asylum...

Keyhole satellite imagery of a Revolutionary Guards training base in central Iran revealed numerous transport aircraft and helicopters arrayed througout the base even though no operational airbase was near the site. High resolution imagery showed at least one ex-Iran Air 747, two Gulfstream III aircraft, an Tu-204 hulk and several helicopters painted in what appeared to be a green/white scheme.

Information from Iranian dissidents subsequently indicated that the other aircraft in the compound were painted in blue/white schemes highly reminiscent of USAF VIP transports.

Not sure of the implications or meanings of what intelligence and photo analysis was finding, a covert Delta Force team inserted into the area found them to be analogs used for terrorist training by elements of the Revolutionary Guards. Within 36 hours a single B-2A sortied from Whiteman AFB in Missouri. Fed cdoordinates from the Delta Force team watching the compound, the bomber slipped into Iranian airspace and literally obliterated the site with multiple smart bomb hits. The Delta Force team managed to sweep one part of the compound for intelligence items before being extracted from the site.

Four weeks later a terrorist cell was arrested in the Washington DC area with plans to storm Marine One or another executive branch VIP helicopter.

The boys played a prank during a summit in Germany and painted up Putin's VIP bird in US colours.

Of course they all got a good laugh out of it when George got in a fist fight with Vladimir.....adamant that it was his helo !
