Seen At Oslo Airport

Caught one of these beasts on the taxi way at Oslo. The one I saw had no black outline to the camo and was glossy and hard edged.
Where that scheme is used I have no idea......not really my thing.

Ugly camo on an ugly aeroplane ? they don't seem to cancel each other out, do they....make the whole beast even uglier !

Were flying S92's   now so the balance is restored,    so much roomier than the Puma's.  Demand  nothing less on your next trip out.
Hey and good luck with the "snip"...Been firing blanks for twenty years now....they used two bricks in those days....really hurt......when you caught your thumbs...    ( aagh the olds ones are the best)

I wholeheartedly concur with the honourable gent. As to the cammo scheme, I think the erk who applied it was colour blind or something.

Our last trip out ( well, second last.....boat transfer going both ways on the very last trip !   ) was in the S-92. Definetly an imprtovement.  A nice bird to watch coming and going as well. Big and powerful. Kinda looks like a cross between a CH-53 and a Blackhawk from diferent angles.

As for the snip, the boys are pitch black and very tender....I thought they would have been pretty much healed by now !

YOu want to be careful that they don't shrivel up and fall off..    Have you tried putting an ice pack on them??

Had a bag of frozen peas for the first few days....might go back to them !

Back to the Antonov.........only a mother could love that "thing". ...and yes the erk that painted it was handcuffed.
