And we have a winner!

The masses have spoken, and the Piston Perfection GB will begin soon!

I would rather not run them simultaneously.  At least right from the get go.

Hobbes, check your PM's.  Brian, you too.
I exist to pi$$ others off!!!

Jolly good.    The Claude hasn't shipped from Japan yet nor has the P-6E arrived yet.

Congrats to the Piston Perfection folks!

I thought about combining the Spats and Pistion Perfection ideas as Hobbes suggested, but since Commisar Anatoly has generously offered up a late November slot on the calendar for the Spats GB I decided to accept that instead.

This one should be a lot of fun!

That is Classic Airframe's IMAN RO.37 (not -bis....that one's a radial), and according to a few websites, is a pretty straight forward build.    The above photo is from www.cybermodeler.com

If it arrives from Japan in time, hopefully something spurious can be done to this:

Albeit in Revell Germany guise one of these is planned too:

I've not done any bipe at all since the late 1970's because my little brother would sit on them when they were done.  It was always his fault, of course, and had nothing to do with the fact that the model had been placed on a chair, the floor, the bed, or whatever and he was just wanting to be with his older brother.   He still remembers squashing one of them.......

BdB,

Could you by chance post photos of the Aeroclub spats you get.  I'd love to see what's available before ordering.    Presumably I just go to Rollmodels and type in ''spatted'' or ''spats'' in order to find what's needed.

The Avia B.35 is a beautiful machine isn't it.

Sure Daryl, I'll post some shots of those spats once they arrive. The order that's due in the next day or so is only Hawker Fury spats, but Thorvic was kind enough to pick up a couple sets of Gloster Gauntlet spats that are returning from Telford with Scooterman.

That B.35 is gorgeous!
