Astounding, and it's a whiffer too:

What you see in those pic links is me and my friend's interpretation of a Montana configuration if the ship had been built and entered service late in WWII. Even though everything about the Montana is speculative since the ship was never actually built, we decided to use some "creative freedoms" and build it on what we thought it could look like.

Nice build.  I would have loved this ship to have actually been built and not just because I spent several years there.  Just the thought of 12 16in guns on a broadside...
