You know, the more I look at this build the more I'm convinced you couldn't have picked a better paint scheme for it. It just completly compliments the build and really makes it stand out. It all came together rather splendidly

Isn't it amazing how ofter those two come together???

I've said it once(or twice), but I wanna say it again, this is a GREAT bash Eddie. Very subtle, very believeable. Just a great job from concept to finished product.

EDIT: Hey Eddie. How does the Phantom nose cone fit on the Hornet nose? I'm planning a Hornet/Tornado hybrid, and I love how it looks. But if its a major PITA then I'll find something else. Maybe one of the leftover nozzles... Thanks

Very nice, lovely machine!!
King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

I had to cut the nose cone in half and then take a little "wedge "out where in joined the Hornet. I had to take about an 1/8 of an inch out to get it to fit the Hornet nose, which you'll probably have to do with the Tornado nose as well. I say go for it. To get a bigger fuller nose on a Hornet really sets it off, IMHO. ^_^

Thanks for the tip, Eddie. I think we may have a tad of a misunderstanding. I didn't mean I'm using the Tonka's nose, because it doesn't look right in my head. I want to use the Rhino nose, like you've done here. It will be Hornet fuse, stabs, 'pit, and main gear with Tornado wings, tail, and nose gear, and the Phantom nose. I'm thinking of Texas ANG or USS Midway as my tribute to the master.

I think it will be close to a spot on match then. :D  A tribute to the Tip of the Sword(CV-41) would be cool! B)

Well, what can I say?  This is exactly the kind of believable concept for which I look up to you.  The highest form of expression is simplicity, is it not?

I don't overlook how well you pulled it off, either.

I'm flabbergasted!
