Today I started the first project, the Type 1 tank destroyer, I've bestowed the name Kariudo, which is evidently the Japanese word for hunter.

The fighting compartment is just set in place, the gun is further back in the recuperator than it will be when its done, for now its helping to align the barrel arch while those parts setup. Very little modification was required for the barrel and recoil slide from the Pak 40 to fit right into the recuperator for the kit's 75mm gun. Like it was meant to be.

That's one great concept and it looks like you're well on your way to building an impressive tank destroyer! Really nice work, Jon! This reminds me of Shep Paine's maxim: "If it looks right, it is right!"
