Would there be any problems to have the P.108  re-engined with BMW 801?

Don't see why it would be a problem.
The P.108 used 18-cylinder engines rated at 1350hp, sorry I don't have any dimensional or weight info.

The 801 is similar in size to the R-2800 installed in the P-47.

BMW 801; 79" long, 51" diameter, 2,325 lbs.

R-2800 as mounted in P-47D; 75.72" long, 52.5" diameter, 2,265 lbs.

So if the Germans after the Battle of Britain, decided on license producing the P.108 wit BMW engines and German weapons, it shouldn´t be a problem?

... it shouldn´t be a problem?

Only the real world ones of production capacity and materials, and as long as you can keep the German engineers from redesigning (and no doubt needlessly complicating) the aircraft.  ;D
