Another photo of that Cannuck Rotodyne:

That's a seriously cool modification Simon, is it one of yours?

If memory serves it was on the Tyneside Independent table

No, not mine I'm afraid Robert, but I'm hoping to get around to one of the kits in my stash in the not to distant future.  You know me, saw a Rotodyne, had to snap it!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

it was free untill 12 noon then it was a pound for a maximum four hour stay when the show still had five hours to run..........so mad dash around 12ish to get a ticket and and even worse dash at 4pm (an hour before the show ended to beat any mauradeing parking wardens.

Well, that and the fact that there wasn't a parking spot to be had in a 3 mile radius half an hour after the show started  :banghead: :banghead:

I spent a delightful 45 minutes negotiating Huddersfields 1-way system in a snake of modeller-driven cars all looking for an elusive spot!  >:(

BTW, how did everyone do in the compo?

Unless the parking arrangements are better next year-I think I'll skip this show. How could the organisers have got the parking so wrong?

wasnt the organisors fault ref the parking cock up, blame the local council and its mad parking policy.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.
