Looks F-18-ish.  Also, it appears to leverage (either directly or indirectly) off of the Yak-130.

Bears a bit of a resemblance to the MiG AT or that Italian-Yakovlev trainer that went nowhere.

I beleive it is still in development? It is strange though, that the Yak-130 will feature winglets...

Edit: EIS 2008 with the Russian AF, 2009 for Algeria and Italy.

Spey_Phantom

ive seen pictures of it in AFM about 2 years ago, looks more like a clon of the Yak-130/M346.

the full name is the L-15 Falcon (another falcon, how original )

it looks good, but i think most countries would go for the K-8

It's kinda hard to say if the econimically less well-off countries would buy into the idea of a dedicated LIFT or just use two-seater fighter jets for that purpose.
To the individual soldiers, *everything* is a frontal assault!

Does this help vividify your imagination Shas???

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Shasper

Why yes it does! And it does look like the Yak/Macchi w/o winglets. . . guess the russkies were file swappin again
