What if,instead of buying the "side by side" Jet provost, the RAF selected the "Tandam" PZL Iskra (Spark) and it was built under licence by Shorts, named Shorts Spark T1 and powered by a BS Viper.
After succesfully entring service with CFS it was used by The Red Pelican display team.
More ramblings from me guys!!!
ps;sorrry about the "prop".I forgot to add nose weight! DOOh,
happy easter.

Very nice work bacofoil. Love the paintscheme, what kit is it?

Great idea and a nice model.  For the prop, may I suggest using a short pce of ss wire inserted (use a microdrill and some CA glue) into the underside of the fuselage just aft of the main gear position?  It will be invisible from most angles and your baby will appear to be magically balanced.
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

The wire idea sound great,I,ll give it a go.
As for the kit,I dont know who,s make it is I picked it up at Yeovilton on a bargin table for £1.99.On the inside of the plastic it says made in poland.
Didnt really think about making it untill the What if idea came along!!!

That looks just right! Well done! I absolutely love the paintscheme, red's always been a hard one for me to pull off but that looks superb! Very well executed and, as I said, just looks "right"!

That really looks great! The Iskara kit that I have was made by Mastercraft, probably around 2000 - 2002. I have one that's been under construction for years; the fit of the long canopy needs a lot of work. You did a fantastic job with the whole kit!

Here's a pic of the other one I have for sale:

Looks amazingly similar to the Tempco TT-1 Pinto. Nice scheme, looks very plausible.

Its not the workbench that makes the model, it is the modeler at the workbench.
