The Revell and Encore kits are both the same tool - the Heller one!

That's true - only the Revell mould is not so good. This is what I meant with "flaws" (or maybe is this only my kit's flaw? ).

AFAIK, the Encore boxing was 20 years ago.  Bit more wear and tear before Revell got their hands on it again (they did a boxing in the early 90s before Encore did).  Revell must have an option on several Heller tools, as they've repopped the Ar 196 and the Vampire twice.
