Well, I can, but I'd need a miniaturization machine like in "Fantasic Voyage".

Does someone do a decal sheet in 1/72?  You could scan & resize it with some reasonable image software about 10% & print it onto decal paper.  If there isn't a decal sheet & you've got the painting skills, you could do the same, paint it large, then scan, resize & print it out.
