(Igore the wonky wheel, thats now been fixed  :banghead: And the nosegear - lost count of the number of times that snapped, stupid Revell tooling wearing out....  :banghead:)

And thats me done for this GB.  4th finished model of the year, and quite pleased with how it turned out, although as always there are bits on there I know could be better.  All comments and criticisms encouraged.

Been looking forward to this one Nev, she looks great!  I don't know much about JASDF weapons, what's the loadout?

Gorgeous stuff!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Inboard are ASM-2s, which is an indiginous Anti-Ship missile, a development of their ASM-1 with a turbojet (as opposed to solid fuel) engine and IR terminal homing.  Outboard are AAM-3s which are an indiginous short-range IR guided AAM in the Sidewinder class.

Oh snap Nev! She's a beaut!!! I'm embarking on my blue F-16 for out Grey Pride and BritMod's JASDF GBs. With some luck mine may come out a pale imitation of your Tiffy!!!

ps. If you don't mind me asking which Tamiya blues did you use?
Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try.

I used X-14 for the base (with just a drop of XF-18 to make it a little less Baby Blue) and a 50:50 mix of XF-18 and XF-8 for the darker blue.
