I put these together over a few days in between projects as a way to get something done and photo-worthy.

First, an LCAC, an armed LCAC, and an armored landing craft.

The armed LCAC carries a surplus turret from an M-60, and serves as fire-support, flying into shore or up a river along with the regular LCACs.
The armored landing craft has plates of steel, thick enough to stop small arms fire, with gun ports for the troops inside to return fire. Forward is a light armored vehicle. This vessel can travel up rivers, carrying troops.

Second, coastal patrol craft, a.k.a. littoral warfare vessels. Updated Pegasus class PHMs with new, more efficient engines, update electronics and sensores.

Left to right:
A "traditionally" armed PHM, with a 76mm forward and 8 launchers for Harpoon/SLAM-ER, which can be programmed on board for either anti-ship or land attack.
An AAW PHM, with an 8 VLS cell, shallow type. Each cell holds 4 Sea Sparrow. Aft is a 40mm gun.
Finally a PHG, with a 76mm forward and a paired 80mm mortar over 25mm MG aft.

The three operate as a unit. I'm looking to acquire one more to build as an ASW version, with a light gun forward, torps aft, and a modifed forward hydroplane with sonar.
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.
