Nice work!

I've always liked the Boomerang, ever since, as a teen, I read about them in one of those 5x8 B&W pulp war comics that used to be produced so prolifically in Britain.  I have some in the SSR (Strategic Styrene Reserve).

(See, my parents were torn between visiting my Grannie in Rye and showing us kids around Scotland.  In consequence,  we did a lot of time on the Ms 1 & 6, so I did a lot of reading on what I could afford with my meager funds.)
Thistle dew, Pig - thistle dew!

Where am I going?  And why am I in a handbasket?

Today's update. Got some paint on the my 1/72 Panzer III. Basic panzer yellow. Next is to add the brown and green camo.

Also working on a Hobby Boss 1/72 A-7 Greek Tiger Stripe. The decals are on. Considering the size of the fuselage and wing decals, they went on pretty well. The decals on the fuselage go from nose to tail in one piece. No breakage while trying to get them aligned. There were a few issues fitting over some of the 3D curves and a few protuberances they didn't fit over very well. I have to match the yellow-orange and the black with some touchup painting.

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

That's SOME decal sheet on the Corsair II Ed!  :o

You did a great job getting it on there so well.

It reminds me that I have one with a similar scheme for a Dutch F-16. Luckily I hate F-16s so I haven't even tried it yet.  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Looking good  Ed, I  have  the same kit in my stash, if I  build it, I  won't be  using  those decals thankfully.  I  also have a rafale and a mirage 2000 that has a tigers face decal that covers the  upper wings and fuselage  in one piece.  Sod that!! ;D

I have to agree with the honourable gentleman
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.
