Wood ''veneer'' to plastic; or How Does One Bond It?

How would one bond .01" thick wood birch bark veneer to styrene?    Future?   

No glue thickness would be preferred.

hiyas Daryl, best thing iv found is a thin coat of contact adhesive (eg. 'evo-stick') to both surfaces, let em dry, apply together then sand and trim as neccessary

one way of gluing it together, related to this method, is application of an industrial spray glue, eg, 'carpet bond' ('spray mount' might be usable but im sure its grab might not be enough for modelling purposes!), again left to dry in a similar way to a contact glue, then bonded together, burnishing down to ensure a good bond.
I'v found it works for thin woods, paper and fabrics onto styrene and is pretty permanent too once cured!

most other glues eg. water based or solvent probably wont hold onto styrene, 'superglue' types might possibly soak through the veneer and stain its outer surface, another possibility might be something like 'uhu' but iv not tried it personally so again not sure as to its bonding
