British Paint Q

Hey Guys, just recently Purchased some Model Paint from my Local Hobby Shop & was Wondering if British Green Metallic would Work for Painting an Aircraft Model?? the Color is a Testors Model Master Metallic Enamel. Thanks for looking.Dan

Depends what aircraft it is and you want it to look like......

Green metallic is the sort of thing you'd only get on a military plane if it was a civilian-owned warbird, or in some kind of special commemorative scheme.

Is it like a metallic British Racing Green? If so, it would be highly appropriate for a British type competing in air racing.....

i think so, it was in with the Model Car Paints. i was thinking along 'Gerry Anderson' lines because Many of the Paint Schemes for the Aircraft in Thunderbirds Etc. used Automotive Paints.
