I built this thing box stock (sounds of multiple members fainting in shock, retired colonel has heart attack and must be rushed away), although I did leave a few components off (I either lost them or broke them and they where unimportant anyway). It's a nice little kit and a very quick build, just what you expect from Tamiya's smaller and older military models (newer ones are nicer, but due to higher parts count not as quick!)
It came with a poor sap dragging a machine gun around after him, but as he's not attached to the car in anyway, I didn't bother with him. I'm saving the gun for some future porject however, it's a nice big old fashioned vickers looking thing.

Just me, or does the driver remind you of Charles Bronson?

I do remember this old Tamiya gem. High quality job btw
Will die without understanding this world.

Got it off eBay, the sprues are marked with a '73 copyright date, but the decals say 2001, so it would seem to have been re-issued at some point without be noticing it (2001 was a wargaming period, not paying attention to models)

It flies using the revolutionary new Dukes O' Hazzard brand CLIFF(TM) launching platform and a long run up. Initial testing has revealed an unsatisfactory range however, Floats are kept in the glove box, inflated by mouth and worn on the arms while attemtping river crossings.

Great looking build, though! :tank:

Bah, this is WHIFF material, it answers the age old question 'What would Charles Bronson look like driving a Russian jeep?'
