The recently repressed 1/48 Lindberg OA-9 with this GB showing on the MacBook Pro's screen:

The parts in hard white styrene, should be decent to rescribe:

The plan is to make a blend of post apocalyptic, steampunk, and modern.   Tamiya XF-59 Desert Yellow to contribute immensely.   Re engined, repropped.   Minimal interior upgrades (I'm almost defectively lazy once clinical work is done)

As this is going to be built in a camp trailer 200 miles from any decent hobby shop, we'll see how it turns out.

Aside:
Project started 7-8 years ago with a 1/48 Monogram Kingfisher and a Hobbycraft Bf-109B but won't be entered for this GB due to other plans:

We had a ton of cancellations and no-shows at work today so I opened the bag and started the test fit......that plastic is thick and heavy!

Debating 3 scenarios:

1.  Scalorama into 1/32 'steampunkish'  metal and wood, single seat floatplane finished in natural metal, brightwood.

2.  Postapocalyptic-like Goose.    Heavily weathered, bandaged together, somewhat structurally revised desert aircraft/

3.  SEA Goose given the 'A-26K' treatment  for use in the Brown Water War, gunned up a bit.  USAF colors but might be US Navy.

Daryl J., pausing and considering.

Thread defunct.   Better idea came about, no Goose to be used.
