Eugh. It actually hurt typing that. Anyway, while I was waiting for the next round of Aves to cure on the Broncfoot, I dragged an old gem out of the stash to do some more:



Yep. My old VEB-Plasticart 1/100 Tu-154. While a cool kit (mainly because of the subject matter and it came from East Germany) it is a monster. No joke: I actually cut my finger on one of the panel lines 'cause they're huge and razor sharp.

I've got the fuselage pretty much finished now, just a little more work to do on the wings and it's ready for paint and markings. But the question is: what markings? It came with Interflug decals, but I was also thinking I could do this from my profile vault:



or I could possibly do it as a CC154 of the CAF. Or something else.

Thoughts?

Go with the CP livery.  It's intriguing as it is reminiscent of the old 727's they used to fly but with a Soviet twist.
