Radish

You know, I have this crazy idea of repeating the concept in 3D:

Take your chosen jet...like the F-16 in Belgian markings...in 1/48th.
Glue a 1/72nd Belgian Spitfire on the back. :banghead:
Once you've visited the land of the Loonies, a return is never far away.....

Still His (or Her) Majesty, Queen Caroline of the Midlands, Resident Drag Queen

There was also a Belgian F-16 with a Spifire on it - IIRC Revell did a boxing of this

DACO Decals did the sheet too, in 1/72 and 1/48 I think, which isn't surprising as Danny Corremans of DACO designed the real thing too :)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

On the cover page of the latest Combat Aircraft magazine is a nice photo of this F-16 with invasion stripes.
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

Have we had a "Retro Markings" GB before? Something to think about...

An armor guy, who builds airplanes almost exclusively, that he converts to space fighters-- all while admiring ship models.
