I've been sidelined with an ear infection the last week or two, which is why I haven't gotten much of anything done. I decided to do a bit today, though, so I updated the first three and one of my NASA TSRs with much improved contrast and colors. Got new ones coming soon, as well as new aircraft.

Continuing with some TSRs as I work on other stuff...I realized yesterday that I had a 90% completed trainer canopy for the TSR done in my lineart, so I finished it yesterday and started shading it. I threw together a quick trainer scheme and basic RAF markings, since I didn't have any training squadron-specific tail markings to use.

Thanks guys, glad you like it.

Joe, I would never have known about the bulb pitot if it wasn't for a hand-drawn image I'd saved from the TSR.2 group.

That canopy is rather nice.....thinking of something now for my next TSR2.

Oooh, that I would love to see. Any schemes you were thinking about?

the drawing you downloaded i redrew from a series of notes and sketches passed along by an engineer who worked at Weybridge on the TSR.2 (and specifically the trainer variant) iv since corroborated all the information given through official drawings (it was nice to find my contacts name as the draughtsman on some of them too) the 'bulb pitot' was to have been standard for the type in service, (similar to Jaguar, etc.)
other snippets mentioned, but as yet iv not found the drawings for were ventral fin surfaces, arrestor hook, and window chaff dispensers

cheers, Joe

Hmm, interesting. I didn't know that was earmarked for the production version. Do you have any other info on production version modifications? I heard the cockpit interior was supposed to be different.
