Ok, didn't even get started on this build for the Sovietize it GB but still like the idea and since JHM was kind enough to send me the kit, the least I can do is build it.

Plan on cutting the full cowl off the airframe and replace it with a 5-7 cylinder radial engine.  Not sure if I should step it a little bit from the firewall or mount directly, what do you think?

Also still debating on whether to keep the glass or go to open cockpits.

After reading the Night Witches comics (they were OK), I have decided to mount 2-4 light bombs under the wings. 

So, things I need to find or make up:
Radial engine
Soviet light bombs
Light MG for the rear gunner if I go that route

Will gather more detail on this as I try to finish the Rabid munk.
