F-15 in Starscream guise.  For me, this was what the Egg Planes are all about, it was a real fun build.  As a kid, Transformers toys, cartoon & comics took up a large part of my life & Starscream was one of the most memorable, (& nasty!) characters from the Decepticons.  Although he's appeared in various guises over the last twenty years, I remember him best as an F-15.  I was inspired when I clicked on Roberts site with some of his alternative versions of Transformers, I'd been struggling to find a subject for the model until then.

Ven-egg-zuelan Egg-16.  Even half way through, I still hadn't worked out what scheme it this Egg F-16 was going to wear.  I thought about a movie theme like the Starscream F-15, but all I could think off was the RAF F-16's from Independence day & I couldn't find any pics.  It was going to be a Mitsubishi F-2, Israeli, Indonesian, or maybe the Tuskegee tribute scheme but knew I couldn't finish it in plain grey.  Finally settled on Venezuela.  Thanks to two very kind gentlemen, PanzerWulff for the kit & lancer for the decals!
