police helicopter and arrests

My sister is on holiday so i get to walk the dog for her whilst she's gone  , anyway , earlier today i was walking the beast down some of the local disued railway lines ( you know the sort.....motorbike trails, burnt out cars, wine bottles etc ) when i was almost buzzed by the local police helicopter which proceded to fly around and around.

I was sure it was watching me but no........before my eyes a police car came past to some trees ahead and two officers got out and rushed in, by the time i got up there they had walked out with a chap in handcuffs and the helicopter had flown off.

It was to be fair not that exciting, but the first time i had been anywher near that sort of thing.........couldn't even tell what sort of helicopter it was as i had to watch the dog
