i was googling just now and bumped into this  ;D
i wonder who build this  :unsure:

Hmm, a COIN Curtiss SC!  The SMER Seahawk is a nice little kit & very whiffable.  Only about 500 saw service in the USN, there were only two variants & only ten SC-2's were delivered before the wars end.  Might have made a difference had the Navy ordered it earlier.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Have to agree there Mossie. I have one earmarked for BPF and would like another for Aeronvale post war
