Pretty cool armoured fighting suit made from an Academy 1/30 Starcraft Terran Marine with some 1/35 German additions.

That Stg 44 is not really thought through. How does he reload it? And that sight is needed for what?

Nice find Moritz! Terran Marines rock, thats a kit that you could do a million things with

An armor guy, who builds airplanes almost exclusively, that he converts to space fighters-- all while admiring ship models.

You're sounding dangerously like a JMN with that comment.

Yes, but if he can't hold the sight up in front of his head, what good is it? And the magazine only has 40 rounds? Could the Stg work if it was belt feeded?

Erm, yeah... It seems practicability was not the primary concern in this build. Looking at that suit, it would be practically impossible to get into, let alone move around in. Just look at the legs and hips, arms and shoulders. There are no people with proportions like that. While we're at it, that MG 42 in the right arm is useless as well.

So take it as a cool build with a bit of a wow-factor.
What I particularly like is the paint work. The metallic parts and the scuff marks look excellent. And the idea of adapting a Starcraft figure into this setting is pretty cool.

Moritz
