Saw on Blue Donkey 99's Kampfgruppe 144 that JACH are apparently bringing out kits of the Me1101 and Ta183 in 1/144th scale. Decal sheet looks great and I might get some just for them. http://kampfgruppe144.blogspot.com/2009/08/1144-luft46-by-jachcz.html
