Foam Brush Q

Hey guys, Think a Foam Brush, like the kind you find in Hardware & Craft Stores would work for Painting Models? just wondering. thanks for looking.

A foam brush might work on large, flat areas but I wouldn't reccomend using one in place of a regular paintbrush. Most craft stores have bristle brushes for only a couple of dollars or less.

Ive used sponges to paint before, and have thought about foam brushes. However, this was always to achieve a special effect - a sort of splotchy bio-tech alien look.
