I've never built it, but I have seen it built up nicely and haven't heard any real complaints about it.

Originally produced by LS and it is a lovely little kit. Well worth getting.

I'll second that.  Great looking kit, fit is excellent.  Got 2 myself!

Dan, Modeling Madness has a review for the Arii 1/144.  What did you plug in for your search?  The first two search results with "1/144 p-3" happen to be reviews on MM and ARC.

Well that's why you couldn't find your 1/144 P-3 :p

Yeah look up the two articles, they're pretty detailed.

Twelve Squared make, or made, a 1/144 conversion to make a P-3 out of the Minicraft Electra, which may be a better deal.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I have a couple in build at the moment. Just be aware the LS/Arii P-3 has an Electra Windscreen. I.e. it does not have the flat panel at the front. You could leave it as is or file the flat in and polish it up. Otherwise and very nice detailed kit for 1/144.
