Took a chance and wandered over to Malcolm Rawlings site (www.kingkit.co.uk), he had one listed for just £9.99. Ordered it, hopefully it's still in stock.

Let us know if you get it or not Ian, I think my LHS has that boxing (The Kitfinder General pointed one out at Newark today but wasn't sure if you'd got one for sure or not).
