What's happened to Heller?

I know Heller went into administration in 2006, but somehow went on with new molds. But if i google Heller, i get a link to the company called Joustra, some kind of toy manufacturer. Can anyone shed some light on it? The website hardly said anything...

heller is still around, only they hardly show there presence, all i know is that they recently re-released a number of kits, some with new boxart. recently they released a UH-72 Lakota kit, you could find one if your lucky
