Any other USA'ers here that are going to this contest in Chicago, Ill. on November 14th? I'm definately going to try and be there with my new Habbakuk aircraft carrier project I'm building, and my older USS Montana battleship.

Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

Little too far away from me and I really would like to see more of your Montana.

I need to save up for the Nationals in Phoenix next year.

Make sure you take lots of pics so I can see what I missed.

I'm usually there every year.  I'll let you know as we get closer to D-Day.
