In the past, I used to think that Me-109 was not attractive and Buchón even less. But after building this model a began to appreciate its nose's lines. Now, I am seriously thinking in a second version (whiff) more aestheticaly oriented. We will see.

I've always thought the Buchón was a very sleek, fast looking bird and your version is gorgeous, Carlos!

Hi Gang,
What do you think about a Bf-109E (I like squared wings) with a nose of Buchón type, bouble top and squared tail fin/rudder?

I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Sounds a bit like a '309 with a Merlin, I like the idea!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Or alternately for a Bubble Buchon, one could start with the Ki-100-II Bubbletop version - they were originally 605 driven, so it you modify it and clear off the radial, you should in theory be able to fit it in place - of course she'd probably have some cowling guns still potentially, or the space for them in theory.
Putty-fu, Scratch-jutsu and Bash-chi, the sacred martial arts of the What-If. Mastering them, is Ancient Chinese Secret.

Just your friendly neighbourhood Mad Scientist and Ship-whiffer.

Overkill? Nah, it's Insurance.  So are the 20" guns.

Instead of lowering the '109 rear fuselage, what about raising the upper cowling Spiteful-style. That way, the canopy is raised and the pilot could sit above a larger fuel tank.

This is a very good idea!
