Polish Yaks/Jaks

Does anyone have any info on the colour schemes used on Polish AF Yaks post war please?
I believe the Yak-3's were in the standard Soviet greys, and the Yak-9D's ended up in green over blue after re-builds.
Does anyone have any info on the use of the Yak-9T's, or any info on serial numbers carried by any of them post war?
I have a few pics and artwork of the Yak-9P's they used in the Mushroom models book.
This is for real world and Wif builds.
