"I'm a PUNK!" GB (Steam, Diesel, Cyber)

Pretty explanatory, make something that would fit into any of the "Punk" genres.  Build a steam powered flazzablaster sidearm, or a diesel powered earth broing mega tunneler.  Maybe a fiber optic laden nightmare that lets you tap into your custom computer.  Go wild, be a punk, mosh a bit and have fun!

Note: this could very easily just be an expansion of the current Steampunk GB idea that is floating around.  I figured it might be more fun if we opened things up a bit however.
