Maintrack once did these in both 1/72 and 1/48.  ANyone willing to part with some in either scale for reasonalbe prices?  Alternatively, I'm looking for other ways of doing these windscreens for some projects.

I have a Mattel Vacuform machine, if you provide the master and the clear plastic sheets I have no problem with doing that for you.  Ask Brian da Basher about my vacuforming handiwork.  I supplied him with enough spats for a small airforce.

I once got a bit overzealous with polishing out a 1/72 ESCI RF screen and removed most of the framing.  So I went the whole hog and went wraparound.  Great thing was that the RF I was doing was one that trialed the beastie!

Anywho, I know the shapes are a bit different, but in smaller scales I don't think it'll be much?
