wife's 1/24 japan tiger

when i walked into modlezone in the metro center yesterday i was only going in to see if the had a avro rj 85 to go with my curent project to make a transport comand the british forces could use, when on the till desk was a baterd ex demistrator 1/24 radio control tiger tank for £ 15. she pested me as at the moment she has a thing for tanks.
so i got it , but it has no raido control bits and not sure who made this to try and get the parts to make it go.
after reading the site this morning she says she will do the japanise tiger to get the jpn wound up.

Just to make you feel better mate, at Derby we were selling them for £10 and we had green T34's winter cammo Tigers, Panzer Grey ones and winter cammo T34's

she already has a t 34 she got for £5 at a car boot last year again no radio pack and this set her off on tanks
do you know who makes them and if we can get the radio gear as the have both got the running gear and by the look of things the receivers also

Bummer about the gun barrel being busted off like that.  Guess you could make it a "howitzer tank" for close support work with the infantry.

Considering the scale of the tank, you could quite easily fix the barrel by pinning it, puttying and smoothing the join the blend it smoothly into place.

My wife's got a love of eggplanes, it's always nice when SWMBO picks up on the hobby.

its not me she insits she comes along as she love the shows.
dont ask why as it alows me to get away more than i normaly ould be able to with my medical problem, as she isa my bodygaurd and knows when i need to go away from the table to rest up.

It's all stuff being sold at the shop managers descretion, it's not on the comp system and so i cannot check. You will need to pop along to your local Modelzone and see what they might have, sorry
