Pics have come up fine for me.

Very nice paintjob on that. I think I`ve seen pics of Corsairs in those type of markings but in the deep blue scheme during the Korean war, but the grey is a nice variation on that.

I hadn't really given much thought initialy to a back story.....this was a weekend'ish project made before I moved house....just found it while unpacking.....
The kit is a Revell 1/72 Corsair from the Korean War era.....The decals are from an old F14 sheet.....VF103 'Sluggers' I think........I believe that the Sqn flew this mark of when it was in service........I like to think that maybe a retired CAG managed to 'aquire' one and get it back to flying condition and had it painted in his last sqn.........(looking at the sheet on the net i realise the 212 belongs to the VF142 a/c.....but it was yellow, didn't have the inst sheet but I think it looks ok.....)

Great-looking scheme on your Corsair.  About fifty of us will end up "borrowing" this idea of yours!
