Only for the rich I'm afraid, but this looks like a lovely little resin model of a Dodge pickup truck in 1/72nd. It's intended as a USAF utility vehicle, but it could easily be adapted into a technical or a post-apocalypse model:

They must be made by Hasegawa.........
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Lovely stuff, but at their prices I'm not really surprised.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model
