Buyer Beware!

A few weeks ago I decided my older photobases are showing some wear and tear and its time to make a couple new ones. I have been gathering the supplies to make these new photobases and ordered some trees from a Walthers catalog (a 100 pack), the trees looked great in the catalog but when my package arrived I looked at the trees and they looked nothing like what the catalog picture showed and are toylike. What a pisser!

Some of the model RR stuff from Walthers is good stuff but some others belong in a toy section, the problem is you can't tell the good from bad unless you get your order.

Has this happened to you too?
Those of you who that have hobby shops within driving distance are lucky, getting almost all your hobby supplies by mail order can be a crap shoot sometimes.
