That is pure awesome on a stick!  Wonderful backstory and a unique subject

Thanks guys!   ;D

I got really frustrated on the backstory as my PC crashed half-way through, and I was foolish enough to write it in Notepad to be quick.  Of course, Notepad has no handy autosave, so I managed to flush a bit of work.  The revised version flows better than the first did by my recollection, and I'm going to keep telling myself that until I believe it.  ;)

I'm surprisingly jazzed about this GB after some initial trepidation.  I think a lot of it has to do with the generous time frame.  I may actually shoot for 4 builds (including Death Parrot) before July.  We'll see if my sanity holds.

Right. Now the Scarlett Sloth wants one. Damn you sir!
There are no good kits, bad kits or grail kits, just kitbash fodder.

...and add my hearty congratulations!
My mind is like a compost heap: both "fertile" and "rotten"!

Nice one.  Very appealing with that paint job.

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

That's just superb, Proditor! I love the colour scheme and the story behind it, and it's a handsome beast. Very well done indeed. :)

Thanks guys!

The scheme is "technically" accurate, I grabbed it from here: http://www.insigniamag.com/span17.html

Additonally, I just realized I never mentioned the canopy.  That's from an airfix Focke-Wulf 190, suitably sanded down until it fit, and then with the raised lip for the front of the canopy/fuselage mating out of styrene.
