Before the Ju-52, Junkers built the G23 and G24 9-passenger monoplane airliners, powered by three of their own 310hp 6-cyl in-lines. Now before the G23 they built the F13, a single-engined, four-passenger monoplane transport, of which Revell make a widely available kit.

So how about fitting the Revell F13 kit with three really small engines, as a sort of "mini-me" Ju-52? As a backstory, you could claim it as an attempt to use up cheap, war-surplus, low-powered engines, perhaps by choice or perhaps forced on them by the Aliied Control Commission. Alternatively, it could have significantly more power than the single-engined aircraft, this being used to increase MTO weight at the expense of take-off run in order to carry LOTS more fuel, perhaps for a distance record attempt or for scouting.

I have an idea. It involved an F4U corsair, a delta wing, twin pusher propellors and Zoltravia.
There are no good kits, bad kits or grail kits, just kitbash fodder.
