Don't remember seeing any of the enemy stuff modelled. Only chance might be one of the garage resin or white metal kit makers.

At one time there was going to be a set of Seaquest DSV toys and the enemy sub from the pilot episode was going to be included. They made it as far as the prototype stage and got as far as some of the toy fairs but none ever made it to the stores that I know of.

I remember one rare episode of Seaquest over here that used Typhoons as enemy subs. Not Russian navy but some made up hostile nation that was fighting the good guy UN forces. I also remember that the enemy uniforms looked like something out of that god awful 'Streetfighter' movie

Seem to remember Russian attack subs were used too (not up on designations, may have been Akula class? had blended in sail and a teardrop shaped sonar(?) array on the top rudder/fin.
